Senator Baldwin moved to amend the bill on page one, section three-uu, line three, after the word “gain” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso:  Provided, That no admission or amusement tax may be levied on any organization which is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
